This Pork Pulled Puff Pastry is a favorite in our house. they are great for lunch, dinner or parties. You will make it prematurely and freeze it until it can be served. I'll be making a batch this weekend to prepare for the Super Bowl next weekend. LOVE easy recipes like this one !!

I used the Costco Smoked Pulled Pork pack during this recipe. it's my favorite shop to buy pulled pork. It is behind my Costco with cooked meat and soup. It comes in two one-pound packages. I always have the pack in the fridge for a quick meal.

With only 4 simple ingredients, you won't lose to this Fun Puff Cake. they are always successful! Serve extra BBQ sauce on the side or maybe Ranch sauce would be better. I mean, what's not good with Ranch?
