Our favorite Green Smoothie Recipe. It’s a green power smoothie is what it is

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 tsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
  1. Place everything in a blender in the order listed, starting with the liquid and ending with the frozen fruit and chia seeds (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and transfer into two tall glasses.
