Ingredients :
  • 4 burrito sized tortillas (corn tortillas or gluten-free wraps, like Rudi's or Maria & Ricardo's)
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
  • 1 diced large avocado
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro



Instructions :
    STEP 1
  • Fill the tortillas with chicken, avocado, cheese, salsa, sour cream and cilantro.
  • STEP 2
  • Roll up the burritos, optionally toast and enjoy!
